Probably a best option short of having diapers custom made to fit
UPDATE: After using for a while there is more to add to this review. The more the dog wears them and as we put them on her and remove them every time she goes out to potty, we realize the fit isn't actually as good as thought. It does go around her waist just fine and it secures but the velcro stick on part is not long enough to as she walks around the side edge of it slips out. They give you and extra piece of velcro to sew on but not everyone will want to sew more on a premade product to make it stay on securely. There are some snaps on the lower back area above tail. They can be snapped horizontally or vertically. They are plastic but they work surprisingly well. They give kind of give a frilly pants look. It does help with the fit on top. The under part remains baggy so if she had a #2 accident it can fall out and if she lays, then the leaks can essentially be unprotected but it this case, though it's baggy in that area it still helps but isn't a total problem solver. Also, keep in mind the size of your dogs tail. Our lab can only JUST fit her tail inside. If the hole were a bit bigger it would be better. We tried resolving the issue of baggyness and lack of velcro length for a fully secured strap by ordering the next size down but the size difference was significant and though we tried to cut the tail hole wider it was an absolute no go. When you order it, maybe it will fit, maybe it will need adjusting. They can't make it to fit every dog but it's still an improvement over nothing and they have tried some creative ways to make the situation adaptable for different sized dogs. If you have time and are handy with sewing you should be good no matter what. Would buy again, if needed, and would just plan to sew that extra velcro section on from the get-go. But I threw it away not really understanding why it was in the package until a week in and I just realized they were not securing fully so one half always hangs partway open on her hip. The absorbency seems good and they do wash well. Original review: Three days ago our senior dog had her first indoor accidental number one while napping so we had the order placed within minutes! The diapers arrived two days after placing order, right on time. We had ordered the XXL in the pink, black and gray 3 pc set floral design. (It's pretty.) She is a lab and it fits well and is true to size. Her having never worn a diaper before it is good to see that she isn't being bothered by wearing this. So glad we got her this. What a relief! (I did use a treat just to get her to stand up so I could put that on her. She was a bit confused but that was about it.) 100000% better than having to smell and clean up indoor pee oopses! If your pup is piddlin', you should just order it now. It's a good product.

Nice, absorbent diaper that will stay on a female dog.
I bought these for my little 19-year-old dog who has started to have little seizures outside in the bright light. She no longer wants to use the doggy door, so instead I take her out to a shady area, but sometimes she will have an accident indoors and these really help. I have had dogs for a long time and have tried all sorts of products for incontinent oldsters. It's easy to make a belly band out of a regular diaper for boy dogs, but it is hard to find something for a female dog that will work well and stay on. These seem to do the trick. They have a built-in absorbent pad that does seem to absorb enough that there are no leaks, as long as the diaper is installed well and not too loose. She tolerates them nicely now that she's used to them and it has made her life a whole lot easier because she's no longer needing to go outside during those bright hours. Best of all, they are easy to clean. I dry them outside on hot sunny days, but they dry well in the dryer, too.

Game changer for life with senior dog.
These things are wonderful! I have an almost 15 yr old Shih Tzu who can no longer be trusted to use her potty patch while we are gone or over-night. These do the trick to keep the floors clean and for us to get a good night’s sleep! She only weighs 13lbs but I did have to get size M. They have snaps up the back to adjust fit. I snap the lower two but leave the one closer to her waist unsnapped. Size M left them too big around the legs. Not a problem as I simply sewed a dart at each leg and then the fit was perfect. Size small was just too tight on her waist. When she potties or soils the diaper, I simply put it in a small Rubbermaid tub with water to soak until I am able to wash it. That way, no odor to deal with at all. They wash and dry beautifully. No stains if I wash quickly or soak as I said. These have been a game changer for life with a senior pooch.

Sanity Savers
Let me weave you a tale. Picture it: Washington DC, 2016. A young couple has just moved many miles from home and is looking forward to their first visit from family. Everything is going fine until - bam. A certain pug won't stop peeing on the couch. and the floor. and the carpet. Having never had these issues before, the worried couple rushes their dog to the vet. The diagnosis? Bladder stone. Sure, the meds and food will help but what of the constant peeing, dear reader? Yes, what of that? The young couple invests in a pack of disposable dog diapers. A worthy stopgap measure, maybe, but in order to keep them on this seriously ridiculous dog, a Macgyvered system has to be set up to attach the diaper to her harness. Good for an hour, maybe, but no more. Company is coming the next day, and they're at their wit's end. Enter: Wegreeco Premium Dog Diapers. In delightful colours that please even the most discerning of the pug's Instagram followers, this things literally saved the young couple's sanity. Why are they so great? Let's enumerate: 1) Absorbent. All guests watched as the dog literally squatted down near the dinner table, looked us in the eye and went to town on that diaper. And then we all had a hearty laugh because her attempt to sully the floor proved useless. Only once in the 2 weeks she wore them was there any kind of leakage. 2) Easy to put on: No fiddling with adhesives or overly complicated straps - just stick the tail through the hole, pull the straps up on either side and voila - bediapered dog. 3) stylish: seriously, the dog looks so good, I might even stick her in them for shiggles - the "vibrant" pack was very fashionable. 4) fast-drying: you'll be washing these babies a lot, nuff said. CAUTION: That being said, we discontinued these for one very good, sad reason. After a week of wearing them pretty much 16-24 hours a day, we noticed our girl was licking the insides of her thighs. We just thought this was her newest weirdo habit, but pretty soon discovered that the diaper had worn two raw patches on the inside of her legs where leg meets body. We discontinued use, but luckily at that point she'd stopped peeing indiscriminately in the house so our sanity remained intact. So I'd recommend these for an occasional use only, or make sure that you give them a break every now and again. We felt awful that we'd caused her any pain, but she didn't seem to care in the slightest. But we stick by the fact that this product literally prevented a full on meltdown of two very nice, very normal people who just happen to put diapers on dogs.

She loves her panties!
These are good quality, super absorbent, and really cute. There is enough room in the diaper so as not to "press" her mess into her. We ordered 2 packs and we just keep them on our very elderly, very large German Shepherd/Lab girl (nearly 16 years old and about 100 lbs!) We actually leave them on her even when we taker her to the yard to potty. She has mobility issues and often falls into her urine or pees on her feet so these prevent all that from happening which makes her AND US feel so much better. The diapers fit well under her lift harness also. If I had one complaint- the velcro straps do allow for overlapping them but if you overlap them- one side of the diaper kind of slips under the velcro strap a bit on her lower back... not a deal breaker because it doesn't affect the function of the diaper... but just something to note. Overrall these dog diapers have improved her quality of life and ours!! A great investment!

Ok but didn't work so great for my dog
I bought these in medium and large for my 22 pound jack russell because I didn't know what size would be best. She is a long legged jack russell and medium build. Her waist is 18" around where the diapers close. Medium is the best size for her. I bought these for my dog to primarily wear at night as she only has incontinence when she's sleeping. I got the large first and I have to say the leg holes are far too big and gappy. Pee leaked out the leg holes and I woke up sleeping in pee! Not good! When I hooked the Velcro it looped all the way around leaving the ends loose and the leg holes too gapped. I ended up having to put a stitch in the leg holes to keep these from gapping. I then ordered a medium. At first I thought they were going to be too small. But I did manage to hook the Velcro just enough on both sides to fit. The leg holes were far less gappy than the large size. They do still gap a little though. I didn't have an issue of pee leaking out. However, both pairs easily slid right off her butt! They were constantly sagging and her cropped tail kept getting out of the tail hole and the tail hole ended up where it could potentially leak pee. Though I bought these for night time wear I found myself waking up all hours of the night to make sure they weren't falling down! A real pain and many lost nights sleep! Grrrr! My girl has short, slick fur and no real waist so I'm sure that played a part. I also didn't want to attach them too tight as another pair I got at a local pet store rubbed a raw spot on her tummy. So, here was my solution and it worked perfectly! Far better than these diapers if you have a dog like mine, with short, slick fur and no waist. A baby onesie. I ended up getting her a pack of 24 month onesies from Target. The brand is Just One You. I mention that because I also purchased the Carter brand in 18 month at Walmart and they were far too short!!! I then compared the Carter brand and Just One You brand and the same size in Carter was 2-3" shorter. So, if you have a dog my girls size, get the Just One You 4-pack at Target for $8.99. I also got Depends for women. I gotthe ones that hold level 5 flow. I cut one in half and I stuck it where the urine would come out inside the onesie. This worked perfectly and was the perfect size to hold what would have been a pretty big size puddle. I cut it in half because it fit better and was enough to hold the amount of urine from one round of peeing. These pads wick up all the moisture so you aren't left with having to bathe your dogs rear end every morning. As a matter of fact, even if these diapers did work for my girl and didn't slide off her rear, I would advise getting a Depends pad for women and cutting it in half and outing inside the diaper. I think it would be better because the absorbent layer inside these diapers isn't nearly as absorbent as these pads. I would advise anyone with a dog the size of mine or smaller to the onesie route of your dog has no waist. If you dog does have a waist, I would advise trying these diapers with a depends pad In them. As for the tail hole, just cut one with scissors. I didn't bother because my girl doesn't tend to have her tail up at night anyway. And that's the only time I use them. There's a pick of my girl wearing a 24 month old baby onesie. I gave these a three star because I'm sure they would work for some dogs just fine, particularly with a depends pad inside. But for my girl, the onesie with a half a depends was is perfect!

Sanity savers for a GSD in heat
Outstanding! So much better than the disposable ones, at least for a heat cycle. We are waiting to spay our 10 month old GSD girly, because we have had so many shepherds with hip and joint problems and its heartwrenching. If protecting her hormones thru her development gives her even a little more protection, then we are willing to go thru this with her. And considering we also have an intact male in the house, not gonna lie, its an ordeal. But these doggie diapers are so helpful I could just hug whoever designed them. These britches just arrived today after she is about a week into the cycle. Previously we were using a very popular disposable brand here on Amazon. Those worked, technically, but they were saggy, she could slide them out of the way to clean herself, which was kind of nice sometimes, but it also meant that she is leaving more scent everywhere too. They also would have been a messy nightmare for urinary issues. Plus they had these absolutely pointless wings over the hips that only served to give her something to grab onto to pull them off, and she got quite skilled at removing her britches lately. Finally, the disposables are expensive when you get 20 per pack for more than $1 each and you must change them every 3 hrs, not to mention the environmental impact. So, I ordered these yesterday. They arrived quickly (Yay!!!), and fit Tova perfectly. The tail hole is snug, but not tight (were she my shepsky girl, these would never have fit that floofy tail). So keep that in mind if you have a dog with an immense tail. In case my review doesn't refer to the purchase details, I got XL black for her. Tova currently weighs 75#, and they are snug but not tight. They don't sag at all. They do not allow her to shift them aside to access herself, which is a relief in that if our separation protocols fail, we will have a few more seconds to separate the dogs. Plus we aren't having little accidental drips we have to run around and clean up. The fabric is silky and soft to the touch, with a birdseye mesh lining of the sort thats used on human grade reusable hygeine products. The absorptive padding is a bit thin, but for a large breed heat cycle, its perfect. I can't vouch for the ultimate absorbancy. For a urinary issue, you might want to add an extra liner depending on your dog's urine volume, as I am not convinced they would be 100% leakproof. Beyond the initial discomfort of sliding her long fluffy tail thru that little hole, and how it pushes her fur the wrong way, I can tell these are comfortable for her. Or as comfortable as a pair of britches on a dog can be. I am very impressed with these. They are better than I hoped for honestly. If we ever need more, I won't hesitate to buy these again. For the same price as a bag of 20 disposables, just get a couple sets of these and keep up with your laundry. These are a house-saver for a lady-dog in season. And its nice to have something a little more subtle like the black color. It suits her dark sable complexion 🤗

Perfect for senior dogs
These worked great for my older lab. She was incontinent her last few weeks and these performed exceptionally well. They are well padded and fit well and did not impair her ability to walk. Held up well even after several times through the washing machine. Great product!

Wegreeco reusable diapers protect our home, avoid frustration and wash well!
Wegreeco Luxury washable reusable dog diapers are a great help and fit well on our Bernese Mountain Dog. She has neurological issues that cause her to be incontinent and these diapers help avoid accidents in the house and cut the cost of buying one use diapers. They must be comfortable because she doesn’t mind them and actually lifts her leg when putting them on. Happy with these!
