Because of the small quantity in the bucket, I believe it's intended for use with border paper. Lowes and Home Depot carry gallon size buckets for the same price as this one. I hung 4 double rolls with it and still have half of the bucket leftover. **Q: Can you glue this on top of wallpaper?** A: It will work on top of old wallpaper.
