If you use only around 5 ounces of cold water, it tastes really good. It is very low in calorie and high in protein, helping to lose weight and keep from losing your muscle mass while doing it ... Great product!

The hazelnut Cocoa is delicious, especially mixed with coffee. The strawberry by itself isn't great, but with the addition of a tablespoon of PB2 powder make a great PB&J shake! Use a blender bottle for the best texture.

Does not taste good at all.
These shakes are gross tasting compared to the Strawberry Optavia shakes. I just wanted to try these because they are cheaper, but goodness they are horrible tasting. Don't waste your money. This product is also non-refundable. So I tried a couple of sips and am going to throw the box away.
