Refilling is a nightmare

I have tried refilling this SIM card and it keeps claiming my card declined (when it hasn't). Then when I tried calling the customer service number, it says "this call cannot be completed as dialed". Is this a scam or something?

Doesn’t work for me

Honestly I haven’t been able to successfully get a signal, not sure if I did it wrong when purchasing a plan, it comes out to be $5 but no signal is able to be received! It could possibly be a great purchase but from my experience and not having success I have to give a low rating!

Will Automatically Renew if Not Careful

I needed a SIM card to get my hotspot device unlocked. I didn't realize by purchasing this particular one, it would automatically renew and recharge my account. I couldn't access the account to cancel because I didn't set up with a password. Contacting help was useless at first, but after a while did get the account cancelled before another charge could process. A simple process ended up being a lot more complicated.
