If you want the ideal frying pan, this is it! After much research, I bought the Swiss Diamond frying pan, mainly for frying eggs and grilling cheese sandwiches. My old frying pan had scratches on its surface, and I was concerned about consuming harmful chemicals that might leach from the coating on the pan to the food. The Swiss Diamond frying pan has been everything I hoped for. The interior surface is strong and resilient, so it is very resistant to scratches. It distributes heat evenly, so scrambled eggs cook evenly and grilled sandwiches easily reach a golden brown all over. Cleaning is a breeze thanks to the nonstick surface. And so far, there are no worrisome scratches. Overall, I am thrilled with the quality of this pan!

If this is called 'try-me' to inspire you to splash out on other Swiss Diamond products then it has failed for us, in fact it had the opposite effect, it's needlessly over heavy especially considering the small size, I was expecting the worlds best non stick and whilst it is good at non stick it scratched on second use, just with a spatula, (the same spatula I've used in a Berndes pan for the last 6 years with not a single scratch). I nearly ordered another Berndes and wish I had. Perhaps years ago they were the best but based on our experience not even close.

I’ve done a lot of cooking. By far the best pan. I’ve owned expensive sets and inexpensive sets. This sits in the middle/expensive and is worth every penny. Best of all is i’ve had this for over 2 years and the cooking surface looks the same as when I bought it.
