Although I was one of the many thousands who came to be aware of IZ after he had left this world, it is with great joy that I found that he has a video that in some small way lets me share just a part of the wonderful soul touching ability that radiated from this outstanding man, if only for a fleeting moment. Although he will never record again, like precious moments in my life, I can relive his songs over and over and never grow tired of them, and never stop wishing I had learned of him prior to his passing. Words fail me to describe how he can touch me, and the whole world to this day, but I am thankful for this video to learn more of the man and his beautiful music. Thank you, IZ, for letting us have this keepsake. I cannot recommend it any higher than to say, get it today and treasure it always.

IZ Lives on...We were gifted with his soul, his presence, his love and his music. It is all one. It will continue to grow, to help Hawaii and its people live on. He was a true Alii, one of the Ancient Rulers of Hawaii; maybe not in lineage but certainly in actions. As soon as I heard this spiritually gifted singer, I had to have more.If anyone wants to be spiritually up-lifted be sure to get any of this singers music.

This video shows concert after concert starring Iz, the talented musician who lived in Hawaii. Due to his extreme weight issues, Iz rarely left his islands. Consequently, during his lifetime, few people outside of Hawaii knew of this great talent. Thanks to this DVD, more people will have the opportunity to meet this great musician!In each of his concerts, the viewer can feel the magic of Iz's performances and the beauty of his style as he strums his little ukulele and his voice lifts in mellow song. This DVD is magic!

I visited Hawaii for the first time last year. While there in Maui I got introduced to this wonderful music in a way that stuck with me. There are many great musical artists in Hawaii and Isreal Kamakawiwo'ole is one of the best. Unfortunately Isreal's physical presence is no longer with us. I would have loved to have gone to one of his concerts. Fortunately there are some DVD's available so we can not just listen to this wonderful artist on CD but experience his humor and humanity with our eyes as well as our ears. This DVD is a beautiful and intimate look at Isreal Kamakawiwo'ole, his band, his people, and of Hawaii too.

If you have never heard IZ or if you have and would like to hear more, this is the purchase to make. Right price. Delivered in good condition on time.

良かったです。ビーチで歌うのとハワイ島の漁村での屋外ライブはとてもよいです。飛行機に乗ってハワイ島に向かうシーンがありましたが、フォークリフトを使って機内に乗り込むのには驚きました(笑)。「Hawai'i' '78」いいですね。あと、「Hawai'i Aloha」もいいです。全編ＩＺがウクレレを弾きながら歌っていますが、上手いです。弾き方の勉強になりました。ところで、Region 1 （米国、カナダ向け　※日本国内（Region 2）用のDVDプレーヤーでは再生できません）とありますが、日本国内（Region 2）用のDVDプレーヤーで再生できました。このDVDは Region 0 かな？
