DaVinci Jenny Lind Spindle 6-Drawer Dresser in White

I got this because I have the crib and the changing table. The only value for me is that they all look nice together. However, the dresser drawers don't extend much so you can't really see anything after the first 3-4 items in it. Ridiculous if you ask me for a dresser. So while I'm trying to get something out delving into the back, my toddler gets everything out and I have to reorganize. I'm a working mom and our mornings are complicated by this dresser. The lesson you learn here is do not be shallow and make furniture choices based on fashion. Go with functionality :D On a different note, the dresser arrived with missing and wrongly drilled parts, we had to wait for another 2 weeks to get the parts after filling out an online form. No-one was to be found in customer service, and I emailed a few times, no info on shipping etc. Just when I asked my husband to take the pieces he was able to put together apart so that I can return the item, the missing parts popped up by our porch. I had already invested time to find a different dresser at that point, plus the stress of having nowhere to put baby's clothes. I'd NOT buy from this seller/brand again. I give one star for how cute the set looks, but that's it.

The dresser arrived quickly and was packaged extremely well. Not a scratch on the finish. Assembly instructions were clear and it took about 2.5 hours and 2 people to assemble it. When bolting the top down, we had to remove the washers to get the bolts to catch. We also drilled pilot holes for the back panel to make putting the screws in easier. Once built, we noticed a very slight asymmetry in the levels of the drawer fronts that we cannot correct, but I probably won't notice it after today. The size is perfect for our space and I love the shape and finish of the dresser. Definitely not a high end dresser, but good quality for the price. Overall we're happy with the purchase and would buy again.

Pros:-This dresser is beautiful once you put together. It’s very simple and does its job-It’s not too large so it doesn’t take up a ton of space, but it’s big enough to fit A LOT of baby clothes-it matches my other Jenny Lind nursery furniture perfectlyCons:-my dresser did not come with a changing table rack for the top. I’m glad I already have a changing table because I would have been extremely disappointed not to have received it if I had intended to use it.-this thing took forever to put together. The instructions say “easier to assemble with two people” and that’s the truth. I couldn’t have done this by myself at 8 months pregnant.I rated it 3 stars because I did not receive the changing table top, and the amount of time it took my husband and I to put this together was a little frustrating. The amount of wood parts and screws (plus the weight of the thing) is what made it so time consuming.

Horrid product. Had to go out and buy screws because some were missing. Had to go out and buy wood glue due to pieces that were shipped already broken when I ordered a brand new product. This is the absolute worst product I've ever bought on amazon and I will never purchase an item from this buyer again. I will also never purchase another da Vinci product. Please look at my pictures and take my advice. Do not waste your time and money on this product. If I wasn't 8 months pregnant and unable to do heavy lifting I would have just boxed it up and returned it. Feels wrong to even leave one star.

After reading reviews I was hesitant to order, but I’m glad I did. It arrived ahead of schedule. box was a little battered, but pieces all accounted for and in great condition. There are a lot of pieces, but with the right tools (my husband is handy ) so he knew what to use all went together without incident it took him about 1 hour 20 minutes to assemble. I ordered to place in spare bedroom just wanted a small dresser. Yes some reviewers spoke on drawers not opening all the way but that is said in the description and is made that way for safety since it is intended for a child’s room. I knew that but is not bothersome to me. I think it is very attractive and fits the look I was looking for. It is heavy and durable for my needs. For me it is 2 thumbs up.

I really wanted to love this dresser. I had purchased a different brand but similarly priced dresser almost 5 years ago for my other child and it is still going strong. The baby isn’t even here yet for this dresser and I’m already planning a replacement.The drawers were not machined well leaving a wavy finish to the wood. The finish nicks if you look at it funny. And worst of all 2 of the drawers don’t fit properly. One is catching something that causes it to jerk and scratch one of the spiral corners. The other drawer is slightly too narrow and falls off the track.

First off, I don’t write reviews very often!! I have worked in fulfillment and warehousing and a hand full of other customer service jobs. I tend to be very picky and critical (many times to a fault, I’m sorry) of costumer service and tend to be put off by “mediocre and bad” costumer service!All that being said, we have all bought those “build yourself” furniture kits and how they are almost always questionable of sturdiness, have confusing instructions, or are missing parts that are a pain to get replacements.If you are looking for a perfect company….they don’t exist! Sorry, not sorry!However!!!! This company is extremely close!! I was astounded by how sturdy the furniture is, and how easy the instructions were!! We bought a Crib, nightstand, and 6 drawer dresser from Davinci and we have never been more pleased and impressed by another furniture company!! I had some friends over to help put the crib together and even they were impressed.As to their customer service, we actually had a piece that had holes drilled incorrectly. I looked on their website and it was very easy to find how to reorder new parts and the order was processed and the part shipped and we got in roughly a week and a half (which is pretty quick in my opinion).In conclusion, I, as an overly critical person of customer service….wholeheartedly recommend this company!!!
