Can’t beat DC products. They’re well made, the perfect size, and machine washable. They’re also cheap enough to replace once a year just to make myself feel better.

Great for use at the gym. Holds Duke Cannon soap bars perfectly. I have only used for a week but so far it seems to be well made.

This thing is a beast! It works well for holding the soap. When I looked at the original picture I made the mistake of thinking for $20.00 I’d be getting a bar of soap too. Sadly there wasn’t an extra bar of soap. This thing looks like it should last forever though, and I’ll probably have it buried with me when the time comes. LOL! It also has a more course area for highly dirty areas. One warning, this isn’t your typical shower poofy thing. Even the softer side has some serious scrubbing ability.

Pros- These Duke Cannon, big ass bar of soap scrubber bags are well-made and feel substantial, which they need to be to handle such a large bar of soap Big Con- The absurd price. Though they are well-made, there’s absolutely no reason to charge $36 for two scrubbers. Again, these are just bags for soap. Also, since they have a velcro enclosure, be sure not to use that side because if it accidentally opens, you will be scratched. My husband really likes Duke Cannon soap, so that is the only reason I was willing to pay such an exorbitant price. I give the bag construction a 4.5 stars and the price a 2.

I will say their advertising around the prison showers is problematic if not borderline homophobic. So I really don't like that and wouldn't buy it as a gift because of it. But if you only care about the quality of the product and not the advertising / packaging - this is excellent. I've used the exfoliating soap pouches before and they wear through the bar soap very vast. This one does not, it lathers well, it doesn't scrape up your skin, and just works great for what it's intended to do. Gives you a much cleaner feel for a lot less waste then body wash + loofah so that's also great. I haven't owned it long but it does seem to be holding up well though - so I suspect it'll last awhile if not indefinitely and claims to be machine washable if/when it becomes grungy. So can't attest to that but all good signs so far. So, again, they should rework their marketing / packaging. But the product itself is great.

So, I saw an online ad for this, then went to Amazon to see if they sold them. Obviously, yes they do, but the price seemed a little steep. I Mae have had a cocktail in me, so I went ahead and pulled the trigger. I was a little apprehensive about this $17 and change product, but boy howdy does it work great. I’ve never been so clean! I can’t say enough about how much of a difference this makes over soap and a washcloth. I found that it works best to wet myself as well as the scrubber, then I shut off the water and go to town scrubbing myself. Everywhere. Then I put the water back on and rinse. My skin is left very soft from the exfoliating surface. It gets me cleaner than ever, and in less time. The cord is perfect to keep this at my wrist while I use it, making dropping the soap impossible. Better than a soap-on-a-rope as this will scrub you as soft as a baby. I will absolutely use this for traveling! While not cheap, this is an excellent value for money. I will be buying more and giving as holiday gifts.

I really wanted to like this product. First off, I bought it predominantly as a way to better grip Duke Cannon's gigantic bars as I am taking a shower. In that respect, this product works great. As well, it is rough enough to provide great exfoliation, but not too rough as to be uncomfortable. For those two pros, it gets 3 stars. Unfortunately, the cons outweigh the pros. I gave this product 4 days of use before I had to give up on it. As other reviewers have reported, the ability to create a meaningful lather is reduced dramatically when using this pouch. It is very hard to maintain and keep a lather. The Duke Cannon soap creates a wonderful lather. However, when putting it in the pouch, it takes a lot more effort to create even a slight lather. Additionally, when I did give up on the pouch due to the less lather and removed the soap from the pouch, I could tell that the soap was not drying properly in-between showers. The outside of the bar of soap was significantly soft and wearing away much faster than when I had not been using the pouch. This was despite hanging the pouch in a well-ventilated area to dry every day after my shower. The outside of the pouch would dry, but obviously not the soap inside. This soap is expensive enough without the pouch causing the soap to not last as long. So, I really wanted to like the product, but it just has too many negative aspects to continue using it. I will probably use it as a storage pouch...for something...

Bought this product before, tried something different and now I’m back. Duke Cannon products are great.

Great sturdy product for those who like to use bars of soap, because of its size can fit all types of soap. Helps the soap last longer and keep the soap ring from laying a bar of soap in the dish away.

Bar is huge and this cover makes it easy to store, suds up nice, great product!

Love this instead of the shower poof! More durable and uses bar soaps. No expensive body washes needed! Highly recommend!

Great smell! Great packaging! Made a great birthday gift for my big ass brother.

This review isn't of the product itself, but the condition that it arrived in. The Duke Cannon box had previously been ripped open, and then taped back together (poorly). It was very obviously (I assume) a previously returned one. I'm not impressed, especially since I purchased this as Father's day gift and there isn't enough time to return it. Definitely need some quality control.
