This is a great product. I personally would not buy it from this site..but it is a great product. The only other review which is negative is complaining for no reason." There were no tie straps"write them an email and ask for tie straps or buy 1000 on ebay for very cheap"there was not enough moss to fill at their recommended amount, one side of the kit is clear so you have to wrap everything in foil to protect from sunlight, you have to cut your own hole in the bottom"they give you too much moss. you only need 3 moss disc to fill a large shell. you don't have to wrap anything in foil to protect it from sunlight...the dark side is suppose to be facing the sun and the clear side is to check if any roots has formed. cutting your own hole is a deal breaker? cutting your own hole only takes one second and it is good because you can cut either the top/bottom holes or the side holes depending if the branch is vertical or horizontal.

Irritating and incomplete. I order three different sets from Parkway Greenhouse. They didn't combine shipping so there was a large shipping fee, but I knew the price when I ordered. The kits came in a little box all mixed together. There were no tie straps, there was only enough root hormone for one air layer, there was not enough moss to fill at their recommended amount, one side of the kit is clear so you have to wrap everything in foil to protect from sunlight, you have to cut your own hole in the bottom, there is not brush to apply the hormone(which they claim is not good to touch). Go to youtube and do a search for air layering, you will find 20 videos that show better ways. You can not do a single air layer with this kit without going to the store and buying additional items.
