Came as shown and is beautiful. Packaging was good with no abuse shown on the outside. Definitely recommend getting if you're thinking about it.

I love this teapot! It fits so well with the cup I already have. The loose leaf holder is great and has small holes so no smaller pieces of tea fall into the water. I didn’t fill mine up all the way and still got 3 full cups. Arrived safely in New Zealand, no damage and arrived fairly quickly! Definitely recommend to treat yourself to this lovely teapot.

This is a very beautiful teapot; I absolutely love it. Make sure to check the dimensions, it is smaller than standard USA teapots.

I own the Totoro Tea Cup and Saucers from Japan. I thought I would buy this tea cup to match but this is the Noritake that’s made in China. Not the ones made in Japan. The print is less intricate than the Japanese Noritake tea cups and saucers. A bit disappointing since it was so pricy but quality is not as good.

This was shipped in a bag with no padding so the green outer storage box that contains the teapot was damaged. Thankfully the teapot was unharmed. I do love this set just wish better care was taken in packaging since it came all the way from Japan.
