I had knee pain for years. My joints felt stiff especially if it was cold. My face didn't have that fullness it once had. I was getting old (59) and feeing it. I decided to try collagen to see if it would help. I knew it would take time. I put it in my morning coffee. It is tasteless and dissolves easy. After 3 months, I noticed my joints felt better, especially my knees. After 6 months, my face looked fuller. I was running and my knees didn't swell anymore. I am 61 now. I still take collagen every morning in my coffee. I don't have knee pain My joints aren't stiff. My skin looks great and feels soft. My face has that fullness. A lot of my friends are now taking this. You will see results but it takes time. I've been using this for 2 years now. YES IT DOES HAVE A SMELL AND A TASTE! So beware. I’m very sensitive to anything and everything fish!!! So yes it has a bit of a fish smell and taste! I know so people got lucky with theirs but mine absolutely has a smell and taste. I refuse to put it in my coffee cause I don’t want my coffee to taste fishy lol so I just mix it in a super small cup and down it really fast. If it weren’t for the smell and taste I would give it 5 stars. I’m absolutely in love with this product. My skin feels soooo much better. I’m having LESS brake outs ( no not gone but way way less), I have more energy, my digestion is way more on track, and my hair feels amazing. I do not take the full dose. I do half. The fishness of it doesn’t sit well with me so I just do half in a small cup and take a quick shot. But even with the half dose I’m noticing a HUGE difference. I personally would like to try a different brand. One that TRULY has no fish smell or taste. You may not notice it in coffee but like I said I’m sensitive to fish so I really notice it. It did make my coffee creamer which was cool but no my morning has to be perfect or I’m unsatisfied all day. I suggest starting off with the small bag and see how u like it. I got the big bag so now I’m stuck with the fish smell for a while lol but the product does truly work amazing.

This is the BEST collagen powder I've ever had! Its tasteless and it dissolves easily in my tea that i make every morning. Usually I'm very skeptical when something seems too good to be true. However this collagen powder is the real deal I usually have very thin brittle nails but since taking this for the past 3 months I've noticed a huge difference in the strength of my nails and how fast they have been growing. I also really noticed a difference in my hair. When i had my first child my hair was a hot mess for years i even had a slight bald spot. I'm now 6 months postpartum with my second child and I've been taking this collagen powder for 3 months and my hair is visible thicker and healthier and i have very fine hair. Ive noticed less breakage and shedding and the bald spot i had new hair is growing. I'm not saying this is a miracle worker but it has definitely helped me. This is not the only product i use for help with my hair and nails. I do also combine this with also routinely oiling and scalp detoxing once a week and i also take good supplements and vitamins but i noticed a huge difference when I added this to my everyday routine. If you're unsure seriously get it its worth every penny and one 2 pound bag lasted me about 3 months with everyday use. I absolutely love this stuff!!

Favorite collagen on the market! It’s completely flavorless, I put a serving in my coffee every morning! The consistency is always the same with this company, easy to use, comes in a nice large bag that last me 3 months. It dissolves easy and I definitely notice a difference if I ever stop using it.
