I've been taking this strong Pro Biotic for a fortnight now to get my gut repaired from far too many courses of Antibiotics which have impacted my gut health balance..I am now starting to feel a big improvement. Really helped my ibs

I have been giving this to my dog on top of his food daily for several months now and it has certainly improved his digestion and bowel movements. A tub is lasting me a long time as he only needs half a spoon, being a llhasa crossed yorkie. It comes with a small spoon inside to measure the amount required. It certainly is effective for my dog. It has made a big difference to his comfort and wellbeing. Worth the price.

Only 1 million cfu. Theres more in a cup.of yogurt. Not worth it.
