It's spot cleaner for hard surfaces .
When I ordered this I was a bit confused as to what it actually was, the listing wasn't exactly clear. It's a spot cleaner for hard surfaces, it's okay, it works in the main, it hasn't been able to removed pen smudge from my high gloss table but definitely helped lessen it.

Used it on a sheet with blood stain that been there for a while,removed it instantly .ive just tried it on a garden chair that was badly stained with old engine oil.used it alongside a magic eraser,stains virtually dissapeared

This does not remove permanent marker ink once it has dried. Good for whiteboard only

Formula changed, now poor quality
This used to be my lifesaver from stains. Last purchase seems to have had formula changed. Not as previous buys & leaves stains still in. Not effective anymore. Shame as I have recommended this to family & friends. Makes me look daft.
