The replacement so far, seems to be I working fine and looks brand new. The first one was damaged some how, but we purchased a 3 year plan for $7.99; and the customer service representative was very helpful, nice and professional. HE processed our claim ASAP, and we received our New replacement undamaged in perfect condition in 3DAYS TOPS. The game is good, not great. The players have different routes from long ago, but the idea is the same

Orginally only gave 3 stars just because the packaging needed improvement to prevent damage in shipment. First the game arrived broken in the box then the replacement arrived with the playing surface too warped to be playable. The product shipped only in the lighter weight game box with styrofoam on the long edges and nothing to protect the large surface areas from handling or extreme temperature/weather damage. Returned for refund, ordered again, and 3rd time is the charm! This time it arrived in a larger box with filler for protection and got here without damage. The game is a perfect size for tabletop play, the players are well molded and look great. Two pucks are provided. The game is made to easily disassemble and reassemble for storage if you don’t have space to leave it out all the time for play. Ready to play this great looking game with my family! 😍

I bought this game as a birthday present for my son. We had about week worth of trouble free playing before it began falling apart. This product is built very-very cheaply.Control rods are made of plastic. One of the players lost a stick after 3 weeks of playing as it was poorly glued in place.Layout of the board is so poor that it is possible to get puck in places where no player can dig it out and so then you have to flick it with your finger.One of the players began to stick while trying to move forward after week of playing. Several players jam while you try to take a shot. Save yourself aggravation and look elsewhere.Oh, I forgot to mention that when I pulled this game out of the box it released such a bouquet of toxic smell that I had to take it out of the house into garage for a couple of days to "air it out". Whatever was being released into the air from this thing just could not be good for you. I'd give it no stars at all, but there's no such option.

Our initial order had to be replaced because it came slightly damaged. When the replacement arrived, it seemed flawless and we enjoyed the game that evening. Very quickly, however, within hours certain design flaws became apparent.FLAWS:1. A number of players did not sit low enough on the gear to be able to reach the puck. In fact, their hockey stick would hover over the puck in certain places, causing them to miss important hits repeatedly. I had to solve it by wrapping masking tape over their sticks (like we did with real sticks in childhood), which kinda solved the issue. If you are keeping the product, I would actually suggest that you do that2. The plastic shields on the back of the field do not rise high enough. The players that move behind the goal always hit the shields with their heads. This not only impedes their movements but also puts extra wear and tear on the gears that the rods control. The gears are plastic, so you know what will happen after a few hundred spin-throughs: the gear will wear out.3. The material from which the actual hockey field is made is really cheap. Due to the large incision made for the player to move behind the goal, a large piece of the field began to sag just after 1 week of playing. This resulted in the puck constantly getting stuck in the incision. That, again, impedes the natural movement of the puck, slowing puck control and hits.The game can still be played with all these, but there is a level of frustration that spoils its enjoyment. All of these are design flaws. I would go with a more expensive brand.

This is the second one I purchased. This one is for my grandson who really likes to play on the one I own for myself. I know he will have a great time with it. It is well made, sturdy and will last many years. It a lot more fun than air hockey. I recommend this game to any hockey fan.

I returned the game because of two problems. Although it was built well in general, there were two particular problems. The gears under on player meshed poorly and would sometimes slip rather than engaging properly. Much more seriously, several of the player would not mount close enough to the playing surface, allowing their sticks to pass over the puck without making contact. In short, the game was unplayable. Solving those two problems would make it a very enjoyable game.

We all love this game, three generations were playing this game this weekend..

Hi to all , the game is very poorly assembled and manufactured, it took a bit of adjusting to have the player gears mesh together so that the players would turn correctly, also the table is warped and that needed to be flattened out and made level ,

Arrived on time, easy to assemble, needs some practice to adjust to the game. My Grandson said it was tough to get a solid hit on the puck, stick blade just a little too small.
