My Tundra was able to pull a jeep out of the desert when its transmission failed. Its a Strong, secure, strap and the D rings worked awesome as well.

I haven't recovered anything with it yet, but I did pull two shrubs out with it, and it worked perfectly. It seems well made, nice for the price, and it's a very close match to Subaru's Wilderness copper/orange color.

Have used several times. Great for pulling and towing.

This kit is a key component in my recovery tools that I always carry in my 4Runner. After all, I never know when I'll need it so there is no point in having it in the garage when I need to pull someone out of a ditch. There are certainly stronger straps, but this strap is strong enough for my needs and a stronger strap of this length would be bulky, heavy and expensive. This looked like the sweet spot to me between long enough and strong enough, while being a reasonable size to carry.All of my recovery tools hide beneath the factory installed 4Runner cargo shelf. I don't want a blatant off road vehicle. My 4Runner is the gray man SHTFmobile with hidden zombie apocalypse capabilities, which are greatly enhanced by this tow strap kit. I also have traction boards, an aluminum shackle hitch, an 8 ton hydraulic jack to complement the very nice screw bottle jack that Toyota provides, a 3500 pound hand winch, etc.

I got a little careless with my zero turn in a drainage ditch. This strap was long enough to keep my vehicle parked safely on the road and I was able to put everything back in the included storage bag when I was done.
