Works well and not greasy
This is my go-to for removing eye makeup. It is gentle, but still works well, and does not leave a residue. The smell is pleasant. Much better than alcohol and oil based cleansers.

Al may is always a winner for eye products. I even use this to takeoff all my heavier make up at times. Just be sure to wash it off wt a good cleanser.
