“One-Year Warranty, But Stopped Working in 8 Months”
I bought the boAt BassHeads 152 earphones in February 2025, and they were said to come with a 1-year warranty. However, by October 2025, they were already damaged — just within 8 months of use. I previously used Realme earphones purchased in 2022, and they lasted until this year, which shows much better durability. When it comes to sound quality, I agree that boAt offers great bass and clear audio, no doubt about that. But when it comes to the build quality and protection design, it’s disappointing. For a brand that claims to provide durable products, the body material and wire strength should have been much better. In short: Good sound, but poor durability and weak manufacturing quality. Definitely needs improvement in build design for long-lasting use.

Pricing points are a little bit on the higher side however as compared to the same range, you will get good quality products. Highly recommended!
