I've purchased several of these arms of different companies and returned over and over looking for the right one. This was far and away the easiest to put together (everything is already reassembled) it took literally 1-2 minutes to have on my desk. It's sturdy and adjustable if you want a long arm you got it if you need a shorter on just take of the extension it just lifts off. Excellent product very sturdy. Well worth the price. It is rated for 22lbs. I have a 16lbs monitor. It pulls at joints even though it is not over weight limit. It makes them hard to move. I have tried loosen the screws it didn't help it move easier. That just made it seem unstable. If you just need reach its fantastic but if you need to move it alot it is a pain to use. I'm making it work so I can have the reach. I'm very glad I gave it another chance. First 1 was returned defective. I emailed the seller 3 times with questions before I bought another one. Silence! Not 1 reply. I really wanted one so I took a chance on a second one. Glad I did. Wish someone else sold them too.
