Review: No worth the money. - Worst customer service I have ever received... One of the parts (the curved beam that goes under the middle of the horizontal planks, was horribly crooked). I sent detailed pictures to the lady who picked up the phone, and just would believe it... And I promise i am not making measurement mistakes here (I teach mechanical engineering at a university). I think I left a detailed review on their website with pictures and all. The thing is falling apart after 2 ish years of use.. despite me painting and repainting.

It adds a feature that is "stout" but not overwhelming. You recognize the quality and style, but it doesn't overwhelm. Our two pooches love it too! Well packaged and logically assembled. No surprises, according to my husband. He had it up and ready in only a couple of hours. Very happy and bet anyone who wants a small feature but a really nice statement will like this piece. Kudos to the designer!

**Q: how much weight will this bridge support? It will be spanning a koi pond**
A: It’s not very big. Probably 6 foot long and 3 foot wide at most. Weight maybe 350 lbs

**Q: What is the weight capacity?**
A: I don't know the exact weight capacity ... but it seems to be well constructed and I would guess it could support a few people at one time.

**Q: This garden bridges states it is 6 foot but under initial description it says it 'spans' up to 54 inches. So is the length 72" or 54".**
A: The 54" span is the distance between the arch at the bottom, inside the posts.

**Q: Can it span from one side that is higher up than the other side?**
A: I guess it would depend on the length of the bridge and the length of the span you are trying to cover.
