this product contains mannitol which is known to cause serious side effects. why is it in the product?

I was unaware mannitol was in these vitamins, but am very concerned as well, particularly since the amount of mannitol isn't even listed. I just ordered and received my next bottle, which I am going to return asap Thank you for your question which alerted me to this.
