Product is ok but keep in mind that only in warranty period. Once warranty expires company won't support you. They won't give spare part. After using for about 16 months we were getting electric shock, then I opened foot spa and found that there was a water leakage as a rubber seal gets damaged. So I asked the company customer care no to provide me the spare part. But they denied as they don't repair or provide spare part post warranty period.

Need to understand how it works. Not very efficient / effective as of now. No bubbles on pressing bubbles. Need a little more vigorous massage as it is very soft

Easy and comfortable I'm happy with the footspa and the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good footspa from long time which can heal and massage feet everyday after a hectic working daily routine , and the amazon had one that product. Speaking with the package and product exactly what I was looking for. The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that I had to use it for better review, also it takes a bit more time to heat the water. Rest all is perfectly amazing. A good product.
