I recently purchased the Fagaci hair trimmer and had a great experience with their customer service team. When I received my trimmer, I noticed that I had mistakenly been sent two number two guards instead of the number three guard that I needed. I reached out to Fagaci's help team and was pleasantly surprised by how quick and helpful they were in resolving the issue. They responded promptly to my inquiry and were able to send me the correct guard right away.As for the trimmer itself, I found it to be an effective and easy-to-use grooming tool. It gave me a close and even cut, and the design felt comfortable and maneuverable in my hand. I also appreciated the range of guard sizes that were included, which allowed me to customize my trim to my desired length.Overall, I highly recommend the Fagaci hair trimmer, not only for its effectiveness, but also for the great customer service provided by their help team.

Excellent works perfectly

It does provide close hair removing. It is heavier than I expected and the shape is awkward to grip making it uncomfortable to shave my neck.

Our yellow lab has thick hair and starting in April through summer he has "hot spots" regularly. We have a corded Conair clippers that were very dull. The cost to get them sharpened was ridiculous. I debated between these and another pair half the price. Reading a few of the reviews I decided on trying these. When I removed the old ones (originals) and compared, these blades were first heavier. When I started shaving his areas it was smooth as silk and went through the hair like there was none - and these areas can be crusted or gooey. They also didn't get hot near as fast as other clippers with blades did. Completely impressed and worth the money. I expect these blades will last many years, probably outliving the clippers.

I am a hairstylist. I have always used a certain type of clippers by Wahl. I could not find the clippers that I have used for years. I bought some different Wahl and didn’t like them. I decided to look on Amazon. I read about these clippers and thought I would try them. I have only used rechargeable trimmers, never clippers. The clippers arrived with a full charge. They have a window that shows how much life they have. It said 100. First use was my husband. I buzz his head with no guard. I was actually surprised how close they cut and didn’t skip any hair. The clippers were amazing, super smooth. They are light weight yet powerful.I have used them on four clients and two beard trims. The battery life says 77.Highly recommend for professionals or home use.

The only issue I had was with the mounting screws, which were too small for the conduit box holes. But at least they provided screws as some alarms do not come with screws.

I can now, cut my own hair. Back and front! Great clippers!

This came well packaged. It has a nice weight that makes it seem like it's made of good quality materials. The blades are nice and sharp, the battery lasts through multiple cuts without needing a charge and we love the number of different length options with the combs. It makes hair cutting a breeze. We also like that you can buy replacement blades if needed. Just be sure to oil it before first use. The only downside is we wish it came with some sort of storage container. Right now, we're keeping it in the box, but it takes up more space in the cabinet than it needs to.
