It truly prevents bloating, it works way better than other enzyme pills that I have tried. I just wish it was less expensive.

These pills were fake. The label looked fake and they did not help me at all.

Using these because I am on a GLP-1 for weight loss and I’m already on daily meds that make me extremely constipated. I was going at least one time every 3 days and then I was only going 1 time a week until I recently got these a few days ago and have taken 1 a day and I have had softer stool for 1 and less painful and going more often. If you are on a GLP one you need this for pain relief of passing stool, GLP-1 slows your digestion but this helps that aspect on the toilet. I’ve noticed I do have more energy since taking them, I don’t know all the benefits but it’s helping my belly not hurt and I’m pooping! 💩 that’s the best part is the effectiveness! Taste like most supplements that’s why I hold my nose and swallow!

I have histamine intolerance and have tried every possible herb, prebiotic, ALL B vitamins etc NOTHING helped all made me bloated and our gave me reflux, this is the first supplement I have taken that hasn't upset my stomach and helps with bloating... my stomach is hard as a rock and inflates what seems like 4 inches... This is after drinking water and or meals... I'm glad I found something that helps also if you don't drink plenty of water you may feel sick....

Works well so far. But you must take as directed for the best benefit, which is right before your first bite of food. Otherwise, I did not see much difference or help when I tried to take it after eating because I had forgotten to take it before, thinking it would have the same benefits. It does not. Just set a timer at first and you will get the hang of it. Once I got into the groove I noticed I was able to digest my food better and had less bloating after eating. Not 100% relief but much better than I was before I began taking it.

I have not seen a difference in my gut health from taking this. It looks like a placebo. I take it every time I feel bloated but it has not helped my digestion. Not at all helpful. The pill has no taste but I would hope after finishing half a bottle I would feel better.
