Ion Blood Orange Semi Permanent Hair Color Blood Orange

Doesn't last long, but the color is great. A nice tangerine red instead of pink-red or violet-red. I mix it with conditioner to have a direct-dye I can use in the shower to add back color shampooing removes. It does absolutely nothing to my blonde virgin regrowth even used as directed, but it does make my red dyed ends much more vibrant.

This is a beautiful color but it fades pretty quick. Formula isn't too runny or too chalky,like some of the ion colors. Ion has always been hit or miss for me.

I’ve colored my hair all sorts of colors. For some reason this one washed out very quickly. (On bleached hair)

Color did not stay after even 2 washes. Faded to cantaloupe color. Not impressed, considering it is Ion.
