Great flavor that lasts. Keeps breath fresh and my mouth from being dry plus no sugar!

When my dentist first recommended these, I thought thet were gonna be chalky or bland, but I was pleasantly surprised that they were just like regular gum. To boot, they don't have that "super sweet punch in the face" that other sugar-free gums have. Sure, the flavor doesn't last quite as long as some other brands, but knowing that this gum is good for my teeth is pretty nifty. I'll definitely be buying Spry again, but I'll probably be getting a bigger container.

I love this peppermint Spry gum. Actually I also like the cinnamon too. This is what you should chew several times a day if you want to help prevent cavities. I also take a med that gives me dry mouth so I need to use this gum for that purpose.

Great taste, and lasts a long time. If you're looking for Xylitol gum, this is the one. I've ordered this several times as I'm trying to eliminate more sugar from my diet, give my dental care a boost, and i'm allergic to aspartame/nutrasweet. So regular chewing gum is out for me.

Our son's pediatric dentist suggested the use of xylitol gum and a baking soda toothpaste to change the pH of his mouth. Once we made these changes, he had a dramatic reduction in the amount of cavities he suffered. We all use it and enjoy it as a way to freshen up our mouths, especially when out and about where it's not convenient to brush your teeth. The gum does not have a long-lasting flavor and the texture changes after a long time of chewing, but if used as you might use a mint, then your expectations will be set appropriately.

I like these "chicklet" gums, the containers keep the gum fresh even in my vehicle through the extreme heat as well as the extreme cold weather we get around here. The flavor lasts a long time, I like to chew a piece after each meal for a brief time to remove the food on-n-between my teeth. I have tried this brand's other varieties but like this peppermint best of all. I highly recommend it :-) after using it for almost 10 years !!

I had never heard of this gum until a friend gave me some for Christmas...you might think gum is a funny gift to give, but this gum is not just gum, it also cleans your teeth, make your gums healthier and tastes great no matter what flavor you choose. My friend and her daughter were traveling overseas so I gave her this gum. On top of all the other benefits, it protects the chewer from germs with Xylitol. Geez....all this in a gum. Protect yourself and have fun chewing! Plus I have two tooth crowns and it doesn't stick!!

My dentist gave a two thumbs up when I asked him about Xylitol. I'm not a gu chewer, and bought these by mistake, but I went through the containers.

Bought as I have heard about studies that Xylitol may aid oral health. Obviously, would only see any beneficial effects after prolonged use, I imagine. Purchased this particular gum based on the description. Fresh tasting and leaves mouth feeling fresh.

I really good product and nothing to complain about I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have healthy teeth as I never had Xylitol before it might take time of for me to get in to habit of chewing the gum. Like I said I would recommend getting this if you want to have healthy teeth as it more on budget and does the same thing as epic brand

Since I don't like anything about those chemical sugar substitutes, I found this product a few years ago. The peppermint flavour retains its flavour the best. Having a hard time finding it stores now so glad available here.

Fine chewy gum, however flavour is gone in two minutes, even if I have two at a time.
