As someone who has never been super regular, this stuff is like magic! I honestly can't think of a product that delivers on it's purpose more than this. I've been taking it for a year now, and there have been periods where I stopped taking it and then I am reminded of what a difference it makes when I go back to regularly taking it again. The difference is night and day for me.In essence it bonds to your waste and makes it almost airy and fluffy feeling yet also solid. It is like cushioning for the waste that helps it just slide out so easy. Often the waste gets delivered to the bowl so quickly and easily I think it is a tiny one, but in reality it is the the stuff legends are made of and I had no clue. I found that it also cut down on that feeling of not fully being empty that I used to get sometimes, since everything is bound together so it all comes out without as much remnants. Another added benefit is since it is a binding agent, there is way less mess to wipe which saves on toilet paper. Sometimes almost "ghost" wipes. I have found that it is also easier to flush because the consistency is much softer.As far as a drink, it mixes easily and tastes decent enough that I can drink it every day without complaint. You do need to drink it fairly fast as it does start to hydrate and become like a goopy gelatin if you let it sit over 5 minutes. This container is large and lasts a very long time, so very well worth the money.
