They grip is perfect, light padding works great under microwave, air fryer and my computer desk stand, The rubber pad keep them from moving or slip back and forth. The money value was also great. Durable and versatility.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Excellent furniture pads. I put them on the bottom of my La-Z-Boy and it does not slide back anymore. They seem to be sticking to the bottom of the chair well. I cut them in half lengthwise to be closer to the width of the wooden "bars" on the bottom of my chair. Easy to put on and they do the job so I'm pleased.

Worked great on my berber carpet but doesn't do much on my new carpet. Chair slides every time I sit in it.

Rubber. Added on bottom of door stops. Anything that I do not want moving.

Unfortunately, these pads are NOT non-slip on our LVP flooring. I bought these to go on the bottom of some carpet tiles. We use them to have a "spot" for our 2 dogs to sit when anyone is coming in our front door (so the dogs know to be polite and not bowl them over with excited jumping!) These are nice quality and have good padding, but they don't keep the tiles from slipping, even if it's just me stepping on them. I'm sure I can find another use for them since I waited too long to try them out before my return window closed.

I have hardwood floors and the furniture kept slipping. I bought these for the chairs and couches. I could cut them to fit and they work they furniture stays in place. Oh and no more scratches on the floors.

These pads might be useful to prevent chair legs from scratching a wood or tile floor, but they DO NOT WORK in the slightest as a non-skid pad. The photo in the listing shows a black surface that appears to be rubber but it is NOT any type of rubber. The pads are described as being "Ethylene Vinyl Acetate" --- whatever that is. However, the allegedly "non-slip" material is actually a SLIPPERY black FELT & is listed as such on the PACKAGING the pads came in but the word FELT is never mentioned anywhere in the product description. Try sliding a piece of flannel along a tile floor to get an idea of how slippery the felt contact surface is on these pads. It's too much aggravation to return these pads to get the $4.99 back so I will just order the "Amazon Basics RUBBER Furniture Pads, Black, 4x4x3/8", 8 pieces" & move on to a less irritating activity.

I purchased these for under my Lazy Boy. I was tired of the darn chair moving backwards on the carpet everytime I sat down! One day I realized I was like a foot from the original placement of the chair! So based on some of the reviews of those who also bought these for their chairs, I bought them. And couldn't be happier. I had to cut them lengthwise to narrow them to fit the chair bottoms; I have one in the front and one in the back on each side. The chair already had pieces of plastic already glued on for if you had the chair on a wood floor so I put the sticky one NEXT to to those since the sticky ones wouldn't adhere to the plastic. It's been a few days now and my chair hasn't moved!!! I'm happy! Worth the price even if they don't last indefinitely. There are 8 strips to a package. Highly recommend.
