How do we know these are fda approved? the images show they are made by dongguan sengtor, but the ifu info on the fda page shows xikii as the packager

I just did some research on these masks. They are not FDA approved (KN95 masks are not medical approved), but they are FDA registered. As such they were tested by the CDC in May 2020 which found the filter efficiency was between 98.43% and 99.94%.  The CDC website also states that they are approved for Emergency Use Authorization by the EUA. Therefore, these appear to be an excellent replacement for a medical use N95 mask. cdc.gov/niosh/npptl/respirators/testing/NonNIOSHresults.html

Are these masks true kn95 masks?

As far as I know, they are (based on product description - which also says they are non-medical). I found the following information in a Rolling Stone article that may be helpful:

But how are N95 masks different from KN95 masks? The main difference lies in how the masks are certified. “In general,” says Sean Kelly, founder of New Jersey-based PPE of America, “N95 is the U.S. standard, and the KN95 is the China standard.” Because of this, only N95 masks are approved for health-care use in the United States, even though KN95 masks have many of the same protective properties.

N95 masks must pass a rigorous inspection and certification process from the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), which is part of the CDC. Companies making KN95 masks, meanwhile, can seek approval from the FDA, through an emergency authorization for a foreign certification which meets the 95 percent filtration requirement. The FDA says the manufacturer of KN95 masks must also provide documentation that the masks and materials used are authentic.

Does this KN95 mask come in navy blue? The pics look navy but description says royal blue.

The photo with the sale information on the Amazon website is actually quite accurate. The masks are much darker than royal blue, but not quite as dark as true navy, which I find hard to tell from black unless there is black next to it. I would call it dark blue.

do these run small?

These masks are so small I could not wear them.  They pull on ears to the point of pain.  Difficult to breathe because so tight.
