I like it,but, hard to open and close if you have ANY issues with hands, maybe not the best choice
Thought our old tumbler was broken, so got a double one, it's faster, quieter, all in all it just may be a better one. The canisters are light blue plastic, and a little see thru; so you can kinda check if everything is going okay inside with out removing the tops. However the plastic is SOOO hard I have a hard time removing and installing the inner rubber top. And it's a little light weight ( flexible metal, so I don't want to break the threaded screw by bending it. I have to put container between my feet and squeeze to get anywhere with the inside liner.

No customer service. Faulty product and fire hazard. Beware.
This tumbler has had problems ever since I purchased it, and finally the motor burned out and could have started a fire if I hadnโt gone in to check on it when I did. Iโve had this tumbler for a little over a year. Most of the time, I didnโt even run it because I didnโt want to deal with the problems. Often, the drums wouldnโt turn, so Iโd be limited to using just one drum, and I couldnโt even fill it up to capacity. Once I tightened the belt, I could get two drums to turn, but each had a 2 lb max weight- any more weight and they stopped turning. About a month later, the belt broke. I replaced the belt, but I didnโt tighten it as much, in fear that it would break again. So I was back to using just one drum. Then a month later, I walked into my garage and smelled a burning smell, and the tumbler wasnโt turning the drum; it was just making a loud, grating whirring sound. I felt the heat coming from it while standing two feet away. When I touched it with the back of my hand, it was as hot as a stove. Iโm so glad I walked in when I did. The motor obviously burned out, so the tumbler is now useless. I emailed Leegol-Electricโs โcustomer support,โ and also called them and left a voicemail, but they havenโt replied to me. They do not have any customer service, so please beware. If you purchase anything from them, good luck getting any help, should you need any. I canโt believe theyโre allowed to be in business. It seems somewhat scam-like. On a more positive note, Iโve been using their single drum tumbler consistently for a couple of years now, and besides having to replace about 6 or 7 belts, itโs still running and working well for me.

belt broke after 2 months
The tumbler works well, but the belt broke, and it has been impossible to get a replacement. and apparently the item is not returnable. Though customer service is available for this item, we were told to contact the seller to get a replacement. The seller is in China, and there is no contact number with the tumbler instructions. Sorry to say, do not waste your money on this product.

Leegol Tumbler to be decided
I was excited to have a second tumbler. I got it and got it ready to go and it would not spin. I ended up taking it apart and found the belt was off. It was a tiny little belt and I got it back on easily. It is a bit noisy and it gets very hot. I am a little nervous to leave it running if I leave town, even when I go to work or sleep it concerns me. I am not sure why it is so hot. I am also concerned about this flimsy belt it has. It seems to be running fine so far. If anything catches fire I will update. I am hopeful though and I like the fact that you can actually see the rocks tumbling. I like that it is a duel tumbler, my idea is that I can have different stages going at one time.

Not working great, until I replaced some of the drive parts
This tumbler worked okay until the toothed belt failed before the first batch of rocks were finished. It looked like the toothed belt was slipping because some of the belt teeth were completely worn off. I found replacement belts on eBay but the replacements are not toothed belts. I had to adjust the belt tension in order to get the new belts to work. The new belts tended to come off the drive wheel so I added thin plastic guides on the big wheel to keep the belt in place. That fix worked but then I had trouble getting the the new belts to reliably turn the 2 barrels. Finally I started turning a single barrel in order to get use from the machine. Even with a single barrel the belt must be slipping because it's wearing quickly. The motor runs a little hot, but that has not seemed to be an issue. Overall it has been more headache than bargained for and if I could do it over again I would buy a different unit. Update: The replacement belts I mention above, which are not timing belts, ended up wearing the teeth off the motor shaft pulley, making the machine useless. But I found aluminum pulleys of approximately the same size (diameter) as the cheap plastic pulleys that come on the machine. The aluminum pulleys take a standard timing belt, that I can find easily on-line. I was able to tension the new belt properly and now the machine has been running well, and turning both barrels without any trouble for about 4 months now. The new parts are shown in the photo. It has taken a lot of work to get this tumbler to function and my original conclusion stands: If I could do this over, I'd get a different unit.

Works very well
I have had two of these (same design, different sellers) and they did not work well. The first one I bought at Harbor Freight and was a "Chicago Electric" model that sounded like a freight train and broke belts every five or six days. It froze up after a couple months. The second one was a Leegoland I bought on Amazon and it did not work right out of the box. A problem with the spinning bar. The one I'm reviewing now works like a charm. It is very quiet, even when using two full drums. It's been running for weeks now without a problem. The seller shipped to me super fast. I am very happy with this one!

Itโs loud and works for a month.
After 3 rounds of tumbling both barrels, the tumbler seized. It wonโt turn at all with 2 barrels. It cries like a grown man who realized his corvette was keyed. With one barrel, it does rotate but is even louder and eventually stops - sometimes within 20 minutes. Refunds are not available, so choose wisely. The seller requested pictures, which are useless. Amazon wonโt let me submit a video. I ordered a Lortone. Itโs About twice as expensive, so hopefully it works.

Functional Rock Tumbler
It's a reasonably good product. Reminds me of the Harbor Freight 2 barrel tumbler with a limited lifetime. It is noisy and the barrel run rate is high (turns faster than any other rock tumbler I have had in 10 years). The high turn rate will eventually stress the bearings for a shorter life. Other 2 barrel tumblers were not available so this will have to do. The 2 barrels that come with it are not soft (some kind of hard plastic) like most tumbler barrels and it is difficult to get the top out, so I am using my other barrels from other tumblers and the tops fit fine with the older barrels so I will use those. Also comes with walnut grit only good for metal instead of stuff that is useful for tumbling rocks. Some funny spelling errors in the manual.

Do not recommend
Firstly, the lids are extremely difficult to remove. It's difficult to do without bending the metal of the lids, and as a result I doubt the rubber seal will last long, and the metal may fatigue and break where the screw knob attaches. Secondly, it got really noisy after a few hours, and after a little over a day, it no longer works. The motor turns, but it won't turn both drums. I suspect there's a bad bearing somewhere, and as a result, there's too much friction to turn the drums and the belt is slipping.

Best price compared to similar tumblers
Lids on barrels are very difficult to remove and replace. Carefully using a pry tool will help. Advantage is they will never leak.Double barrel is a must for stage 1 to ensure there are enough rocks left to go to the next stages. I bought 2 to run multiple stages. Motors run flawlessly with very little heat. At 29 watts per tumbler power consumption is minimal. Bought replacement notched drive belts in anticipation of wear but after months of use haven't needed to replace. Would highly recommend the Leegol Electric Pro double barrel 6 lb tumbler [the red one] as a good one if your new to the rock tumbling hobby. Very pleased.

Amazing customer service
Product arrived with a slight issue and the supplier went above and beyond to exceed expectations and I was very happy with the outcome. Would deal with them again anytime.

Love it!!!
One of my favourite things I've ever got for myself, it's heavy duty, holds twice the amount of the first one I ordered, I'm just in love with it!!!

Good luck finding correct belts for a reasonable price
The belts are the main issue for me; the unit only came with one belt which lasted long enough to tumble one set of rocks to the polish stage, the Leegol page only sells belts for the blue model (and those don't fit, I ordered them and tried). The machine also overheats, the balancing arms to keep the barrels in place ground away quite quickly and left a mess in and around the rest of the machine. The noise was reasonable (it's a rock tumbler), it looks nice, the dual barrels are great, the instructions were a little muddled but easy enough to follow, I apprieciated the lids on the barrels but they are difficult for small or weaker hands to remove, and the price at the time seemed good enough. But without a reasonably priced belt around, I wouldn't recommend. And I tried O-rings, elastics, and adjusting the mount, but to no avail. I could order 3 rings that might fit (as there is no specific part number or details) from a company in the US for $35 + $20 in shipping. But that seems a bit much for a small, wear out and replace, little ol belt.
