This is completely worst product i have ever purchased . They send me completely broken unit . And don't replace also . Don't buy this product . It is completely waste of money. If the brand is seen this review please give me a replacement. It is completely useless . The head and hinge is completely damaged .

Worth buying
The build is solid , works very well for my phone and can also handle lightweight camera but not for heavy camera setups , it has multiple adjustment that makes it super flexible , you can achieve almost all angles by tweaking the adjustments.

Good tripod with serious flaws & sturdiness
[Tygot 3366] With the below detailed review, disclaimer is that I have returned the item for a replacement get a better piece with correct 'Fast Fitting place locking knob' that may make the whole piece worthless. Value for money: (3/5) The price is mentioned 3999 and was bought for 799. Initially it looked a value for money since it serves the purpose of mobile, DSLR & action camera (I have a DJI Action too). But disappointed in first use. Ease of use: (5/5) not much complicated and no assembly required. anyone can use it like any other simple tripod. Weight : (5/5) with 670gm weight it is perfect to carry. Looks: (5/5) With all black, it looks elegant and expensive. Build quality: (2/5) Very fragile and not ideal to carry on serious trips. my OMD-EM1 Micro4/3 (The lightest DSLR) makes it tilt. Not perfect for serious photography. It certainly cant hold the claimed 3kgs. Size : (4/5)Ideal portable size of 21mm with a max height of 140 cm

Defective product
I received the tripod in a damaged condition. One of the legs lock is loose and unstable, making the product unusable. I expected better quality, but this was disappointing. The one leg lock is very loose it cannot be used. I also tried contacting customer support, but the Amazon customer care number provided was invalid, and the contact number mentioned on the website was not being answered. This made it very difficult to get assistance regarding the issue. Overall, my experience with this product and the after-sales support has been very poor. I request a replacement or a full refund as soon as possible.

Go for better
Very cheap quality product stability is not good but good for beginners it will be helpful indoor. Outdoor it is risky. When i ordered first time the smartphone holder was missing and when replaced the height increasing handle is loose. So go for better.

Poor material - Horrible customer service
Packaging was torn and full of dust outside and inside. The tripod is made of very cheap material. I requested a return the same day I received the product but the seller never came to pick it up nor contacted me to complete the return. I don't recommend it.
