I like that I can haul this around for art classes or plein aire. It gets tumbled around, but never leaks! Just the right size for travel. Easy to clean. You can pour the used but good turp off and the sludge stays in the bottom. Wipe it out with paper towels

It's smaller than what I was expecting however it works perfectly for what I need it for with painting and the price was reasonable it's easy to clean and the lead locks down so that it won't leak if it gets tipped over which is a plus for me that is I would recommend it to anyone that paints and needs something that they can clean their brushes in and the lid locks down so that the mineral spirits or turpentine doesn't leak out

Perfect for plein aire oil painting! These smaller cans are perfect for teaching as I have up to five students at a time. Lids fit securely, and they are well made, and half the cost of art store cans.

It does a great job at sealing the paint thinner. It’s very very small. For the price it could be bigger. It only holds very small brushes.

As far as I can tell, after using this pot for the past few weeks, it is exactly what I needed. I put safflower oil in it and clean my paint brushes. No rust, and the bottom of the insert has small holes so you can use it to clean brushes more thoroughly. It closes with a tight seal and is leak proof. It is on the smaller side - take note of its capacity, which is perfect for my small paintings and brushes. Very happy that I bought this item.

I bought two of these. The small one for plein air and the larger one for studio. The smaller one works better. The larger one needs too much liquid to come up above the screen.
