Lots of bad reviews is it as good as people say?

We have been using them for both of our children since February... my youngest- 6 has "hard potty" issues. They have helped her greatly. We use them both for the calm- it helps for both children too.

Do they taste better than powder?? Help you sleep as well??

Yes they taste better then the powder. I just started taking them after taking powder. Not sure yet on the sleeping.
