Bournville Rich Cocoa 70% Dark Chocolate Bar, 75 Gm (Pack Of 3)

Smooth texture, not more bitter than 50% ones and less tasty than rum/raisin and fruit n nut

First off, I fell in love with dark chocolate as a kid when a Swiss family friend used to send us a huge carton of Swiss chocolates every year. Indian dark chocolates could never match that taste and bitter creaminess. Bournville perhaps comes the closest, but lacks the richness of those huge blocks of Swiss ones. That said, I love this Bournville Dark for my chocolate shake. It's an irreplaceable ingredient. Trust me, the shake is as good as any restaurant offers, sometimes better. Miles better than those ready-made tetra pack shakes and the chocolate powder. How I have my Bournville: 1. Take a glass bowl + a tablespoon water + crush the chocolate into pieces + add honey to taste. 2. Microwave for 30s or until it melts. (Gas works just fine but don't heat directly. Make a double boiler using two bowls.) 3. Take out the bowl and whisk everything into a syrup (I sometimes use this syrup on waffles and pancakes) 4. Now, bring a glass of milk to boil and let it simmer a bit. 5. Turn off heat and mix well 2 tablespoon chocolate syrup and enjoy the creamiest shake possible. Its richness will feel divine on your tongue! 6. Of course, during summers, use cold milk and blend in a mixer. You can add banana, mango, peanut butter, just get creative! Try it.
