Only problem is they do not stand up to hot foods (i.e. Pho, Ramen). The finish on the wood softens and melts off. I noticed it first when cleaning a few weeks ago. Then most recently when eating Ramen and it all tasted funny, I saw the finish was pulling off of the tips of the chopsticks. The sticky finish was hard to get out of the bowl and off my sponge.
