Highly recommended. I've been on and off all sort of supplements to help get rid of my belly fat. I work out, have a proper diet but that stubborn belly fat never seems to want to go away. This stuff moved the needle for me on the scales. It took away my ravenous appetite. Word of caution: it will cause lots of bathroom activity. I did find that I started getting a headache and have stopped using it but I would recommend it. I have heard it referred to as 'nature's Ozempic'.

Berberine products do actually lower blood sugar, just not a lot. That is not to knock the product because I am sure there are folks that this product has helped much. I have type 2 like many others, but this didn't help much for me. However, people are different, and I would say that if you have done your homework and willing to try it out, give it a go. Understand though that everything has risks and this is no different. Talk with your health care provider before trying anything. That said, I personally didn't experience any negative effects. There are conversations about having upset stomachs when using berberine. Do your homework, check with your doctor, and if trying this out is for you, then this is actually a great product to start with. Stop using it immediately if you do get adverse effects. I will continue to use this supplement. What I like the most about it is that it doesn't give me the jitters or make me feel funny. It's easy on the tummy and doesn't leave a bad taste in my mouth or make me burp. It does curb your appetite but not so much that you don't eat at all. The capsule is large but it goes down easy. I have been taking this for almost two months and I am happy to say that my blood pressure was at 190/83 and last week it was at 122/73. I think this is incredible. I highly recommend this supplement and this brand. Do yourself a favor and try it. It's not going to cure your issues but it will help strength your body to help you heal.
