They work very well so far, I have them connected to work with Alexa and have had no real problems- When setting up the connection to Alexa, I got an error but then when I tried a hour or two later they worked. I got the 50ft but somewhat wishing I got the 100. I started them behind my computer desk and then up and around the top of my bedroom wall; they didn't quite reach the full route I was planning but this was my fault. I didn't measure or anything but they did stop in a decent place so I'm not worried about it. When you plug in the strip to the control box, try both ways if they don't turn on; At first I thought mine were defective but turned it and they worked. Only downside is having to get the app and sign up but who doesn't have a spam e-mail for stuff like that. App seems decent enough but I haven't used it too much (Alexa). I use Alexa or occasionally the app so I cannot comment on the remote. Almost a month after putting it up and has been offline once, but it literally took one minute to get it to reconnect. Wifi signal to the location may be a factor but mine are the floor above but almost directly over the router.

I was skeptical at first because it’s so cheap but it’s awesome! It arrived on time, and stuck pretty well (I’ll update y’all if it starts to fall off and even if it does just use some double sided tape). It took me a bit to figure out how to turn it on but basically you plug the black wire into a circuit and the other part of it into the white wire that connects to the LED’s then take out the plastic in the remote and press and hold the “ON” button (make sure to have your Bluetooth and WiFi on) and follow the rest of the directions on the instructions for the app, the app itself is awesome, it’s bright but can be dimmed pretty low, there’s different light modes, it can react to sound, it can even have a set time to turn on, and connect to Alexa/Google! Honestly so far it’s amazing especially for how cheap it is!!!!!!! Get it!!!!!!

First the remote that came with the lights was useless cause its IR receptor didn't work. The remote worked with my other devices but not the LEDs they came with. In order to put the lights into pairing mode you have to restart them 3 times fast, and with no remote the only way to do it is via unplugging the entire light 3 times

My teenage daughter enjoyed her LED lights. She put it right away as soon as she got it. It serves as a night light in her room while her regular lights are off. It has various colors to choose from. Highly recommended.

I refurbished a dry chalk plexiglass sign. The original electronics had failed. I removed the original light strips and attached your strips to thin aluminum backings. It not only works, but it works “great”. The color changing highlights different writings as the colors change.

We bought these for inside our pantry and for use under the kitchen cabinets, as an upgrade/replacement for a previous installation from the same manufacturer. This set is extremely disappointing, and I would say it's a downgrade. First, there's no plastic coating over the LED chips or ribbon surface, it's just bare LED and circuitry exposed to the air. Second, the adhesive on the back is extremely weak and needs a great deal of improvement, the strip keeps releasing from the painted surface of the cabinets and falling off. Third, when used in any shade of white, the entire strip flickers in a pulsing pattern despite "music sync" (a questionable feature to begin with) being turned off. And fourth, the brightness is pretty low even at full white, let alone colors. I would not recommend these for even general use cases.

We put these up in my kids rooms like 6 months ago. They have worked great and the kids love them. Never any issues with the lighting or scheduling or Alexa compatibility. And they were easy to apply and stick really well. Unfortunately that is the major issue with these as well. We have moved and in process of removing them a they stick so well that they are peeling away the paint off the walls. We will more than likely be charged to repaint both of my kids walls now from these. Only use these on things that can be removed or thrown away after.
