Hi Folks! How good is this product for use on DRY hair?

This product is a hair booster used to stop hair loss. You use in the areas that are thinning. It really doesn't effect what type of condition your hair is in.

Does anyone feel like they have "product" in their hair after using? My hair doesn't feel so much greasy but like I put styling product in it.

Not at all. I noticed nothing. Whatever you do..... do not stop using it. It works great. However I ran out and kept putting off buying more. My hair began falling just a it had before I started using the booster within two weeks.

when are suppose to change systems? i started with 2 so how long before moving up?

I don't move up. I stay at 2 for my type of thinning. It's been working.

Does this work to restore hair lost because of alopecia areta?

I don't know. What my experience has been is this: With my thinning, bald spots, it has promoted some growth, has created some drying and brittleness, and it has been recommended by several of the hairdressers in my salon and my daughter who was a cosmetologist in her former life, extended use can be harsh on the hair and scalp. They recommend that I alternate between Clinicure, which I have used for 3 years, and Nioxin. Nioxin products have provided needed volume, but the soft curl in my hair has begun to disappear. When I switched back to the Clinicure, the curl began to return. I will continue to alternate between the two.
