Just received these today, 13Jul26. I'm in my 30s with PCOS. I take this in conjunction with an ALA supplement and a berberine/ceylon cinnamon supplement.Size: Standard size. I have pics attached with a couple of comparisons. They're easy to swallow, and for those who struggle with taking them, the instructions say that you can open the capsules and mix it into your favorite drink, so you have options.Smell: Standard multivitamin smell. It's an improvement from the one I was previously taking, which had a vanilla scented packet in it that made it smell and taste like vanilla protein powder.Taste: Minimal taste that I noticed. Not sure about taste with the loose powder.Side effects: I took two capsules at least one hour after eating and I haven't had any side effects yet, including no nausea or vomiting, so might be in the clear. Other women may have a different experience, but I did fine.Energy: No noticeable change in energy yet, but I'll update this if there's any changes.Quality: Seems like good quality so far, based on the ingredients. I like that they're free of so many fillers, artificial nonsense, GMOs, and dyes. It's hard to find ones like that.Value: It's decent. Hard to say whether it's worth it yet since I just started them, but I'll try to come back to update this review after I've been on them for long enough, see if they make a noticeable difference.

I have been struggling with hormone imbalance for years along with PCOS. Oh yeah and insulin resistance yay me!My dr recommended different supplements for me but it was so costly to get one individually. I came across this product and was sooo surprised at all the amazing supplements that are in it. Selenium alone! So I’ve been taking it for a month and wow what a difference! I feel more zen calm and it pairs even better with my existing medication progesterone and anxiety medication.Yes it does smell a bit but not bothersome to me I just take them and go on with my day

I have chronic fatigue, diagnosed years ago and have never found anything that gives me the energy I need. I drink a lot of caffeine, have tried all the B vitamins and other supplements and they either gave me anxiety or didn’t help at all. These are the perfect balance! I have been taking this vitamin for 2 months and have felt a noticeable difference in energy levels, immune-boosting, and overall health per the claims.The ONLY reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because it is SO difficult to swallow. The capsule is sticky and gets stuck at the back of your throat and it is a big pill. I tried the recommendation of opening it and mixing with water and almost threw up because the flavor is awful. I wish that they could put something on the capsule itself to make it smoother to swallow.

A bit expensive but kind of worth it since it's easy to get down. The first bottle I bought was good, didn't smell too bad and had a pale tannish color but the second bottle I got smelled a lot more and was more yellow. Was the first bottle I get just older? I don't know. May need a little more quality control. Other than that, I haven't noticed any major differences just yet. I'll update if I notice any dramatic changes.

I was taking these for a few months and loved them. I’m having to update my 5 star review to 1, this latest batch I’ve tried smells horrific. Like, you open the bottle and the smell is so bad it fills the bathroom. I never had this issue before. The worst is that because they smell so terrible, swallowing them is a mental struggle and god forbid you burp after. Hands down awful.
