The set arrived looking beautiful, with the bracelet and tumbled stones in perfect condition and nicely presented. However, the pyramid arrived broken, which was disappointing. I reached out to their customer support, and I was impressed by how quickly they responded. They promptly shipped a replacement pyramid, which arrived in perfect condition.
