Brioschi Plastic Bottle

I bought this Brioschi Italian Lemon Flavored Effervescent Heartburn, Upset Stomach, Acid Indigestion, 8.5 oz because, growing up in an Italian American household in the 1970's it was a staple of life. Unfortunately, over the years this product disappeared from USA grocery/pharmacy shelves, and I was relegated to available options, like chalky oversized tablets. Then I discovered this on Amazon! This is exactly as I remembered it! Pleasant tasting, effervescent, and almost immediate relief for indigestion. Or, as we called it, "agita". For me personally it is much more effective than the tablet alternatives. An 8.5 oz bottle lasted me about 6 months, so I just placed my order for a 2-pack, at about a 50% savings.

When you're not feeling too well, and you want to have relief this is it. It's busy and Lemony and settles my stomach very quickly. I used to have it as a child so it's safe and it works well and indigestion. It's not nasty at all and it's not too salty tasting like Alka-Seltzer and also doesn't taste slimy

My partner gets heart burn a lot he loves Italian food he's from Northern New Jersey so this product is in a lot of our friends kitchen in case of heartburn. But wish it wasn't so expensive. It definitely does the job

I am addicted to this stuff! Tastes delicious and lowers stomach acid/makes regular water more alkaline without being as strong as taking an Alka Seltzer (I would simply drink lemon lime Alka Seltzer all day instead, if I could, but I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to do that lol). The only draw back for me with this item is the sugar content. In fact, the really curious thing about this product is that it's the only one where I've noticed that the total weight of an ingredient—in this case sugar—is higher than the weight of the entire serving size! It says to take 5 grams, and the nutrition facts list 6 grams of sugar per serving. I'm sure that probably happens on other labels too, but with more components listed, it's just less obvious that there's something not quite right with the math... How is there even room for the sodium bicarbonate, if it's already 120% sugar? 😂 (I'm awful at math, so that 120% might be way off, but you know what I mean.)

I am 63 years old. I was 13 years old when I was first into deuces to Brioschi when I got ill in an Ireland. My aunt pulled out a bottle of Brioschi and I was hooked. Since my local store only put out two bottles at a time, I’d buy both bottles. I even packed it in my suitcase when I last went to Ireland in case I couldn’t find it. I even raised my kids on this. Where I live , I can no longer buy it as the stores no longer stock it in leu of other products. Was so glad to find it on Amazon. I really like the taste of Brioschi. It’s lemony compared to other antacid products. It eases my stomachs of heartburn, acid redux, and nausea. Just one tsp in cold water and drink it while it’s effervescent. Works very fast. This is the best product on the market. Highly recommended and will buy again.

Beyond thrilled that Brioschi is back - the only thing that ever helped my upset stomach! This reformulation is just as effervescent as before and truer to the European version of the product, is a little less sweet and has more of a zing of lemon to it. All amazon and Neobourne Pharma need to do now is add it to the Subscribe & Save store!
