Having to write different reports on aircraft out on the flight line. I wouldn't say waterproof but it got the job done. I don't do much writing in the rain but the comfort of this one with my arthritic hands is second to none. Highly recommend. I would suggest you grab a few refill cartridges they're inexpensive.
