amazing chair for the price
I felt obligated to write a review since literally none of the reviews here were helpful / had pictures. So, firstly - this chair is hard to build if you haven’t built something like this before, and the instructions are a little confusing, so be warned. The wheels do not just “pop in”; I spent maybe 30 minutes trying to figure out what I was doing wrong before someone came to help me and they decided to hammer in the wheels. WITH THAT BEING SAID - this chair is amazing for the price. It’s comfortable (not SUPER comfortable but I went from sitting on a wood-and-metal accent chair for a year to this so obviously this feels amazing to me) and offers great back support! Plus it’s bright neon pink - I thought the colors would end up being duller than the picture but I was very wrong. I’m happy to say that the pink chair looks EXACTLY the same as the stock photo. It also has adjustable height and tilts back, if you’re interested in that. The only real downside is that the white plastic gets scratched / nicked easily, but honestly for a cute hot pink $80 chair I can live with that. If anything changes I’ll update; I only just got this chair yesterday so I can’t be sure how long it will hold up.

GREAT CHAIR, ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE!
Easy chair to put together. If others have found it difficult, they need to step away from the tool box (if they have one) and trust a professional to the job, or maybe even their neighbor's 10 year old kid. It's that easy to put together. The kit contains all the screws/washers necessary, pictures of where they go, and the Allen wrench necessary to do it. Assembly time for me was about 15-20 minutes from opening the box to having everything cleaned up and using the chair. The chair is very comfortable with firm, thick foam on the bottom and the mesh back is perfect for my back. The chair tilts comfortably and doesn't go so far back it risks tipping over. Of course swivel is pretty much standard and a given on this type of office chair. The arm rests are placed a little low for my taste, and they're not adjustable. It's really not a problem for me though since I'm at the keyboard most of the time and not resting my arms on the arm rests. Overall, I'm a 220 pound guy, and the chair fits me well and is very comfortable. The hydraulics work well on this so far and can be adjusted to any height for most people. Hopefully the hydraulics will stand the test of time, as that's been one of my biggest problem on budget chairs in the past. The tension on the tilting feature can also be adjusted. Even for my weight, it was adjusted perfectly from the factory though. The base of the chair has six legs, which I like much better than five. I'm using the chair on a tile floor with full half inch spacing between the tiles, so chairs with just five legs get caught in the ruts between tiles. But due to the fact it has six legs and dual large swiveling wheels on each leg, it moves over the ruts rather easily without getting hung up in them. Overall, my experience so far is that this is definitely a five star chair. And that's especially true for the price.

Surprisingly comfortable for the price
Not a bad chair for $60 at all. Took 5-10 mins to set up and its obviously no high-end chair but for infrequent use (<3-4 hours a day) this thing is great. It is for my fiance who is 5'1" and it goes to the tops of her shoulders and is a perfect fit, but I'm at 6'0" and the back is way too short so keep that in mind if you are taller or >185lbs

Love
I was very excited to receive this chair until I started putting it together. I followed directions & got the wheels on (what I thought would be hard since I had read reviews but was the easiest-except to take the wheels back off). Then I went to do the rest & found out that the back support was cracked/broken (it didn't come in a very sturdy box so I'm thinkingit got damaged while being mailed). I wasn't happy & attempted to take the wheels off to send back but I couldn't. So after an hr of trying I gave up and put the dang chair together. With the back support being broke I am unsure how well this will work or how long so it's disappointing. I need a chair though desperately with my back issues and when I have to work from home. Update: They sent me another back support that wasn't damaged. It's a good chair & comfortable

Shaking Chair Not Office Chair
When I firstly got this chair,I feel so excited since I finally have a chair to sit in front of my desk. However, the happiness goes so quick, whose speed will catch up a flight. This chair is really hard to assemble. Firstly,as an interior designer and art student, I definitely has sensitive eyes to see whether the points is correctly on one axis and whether the points have same size. However, the bottom of this chair has some holes. Not only are they in the same axis, but also they have different sizes. I suspect myself at first. After using professional designer ruler to measure,I found it is not my fault. Secondly,I really believe the designer of this chair may love to do fitness. The screw and nut are hard to connect. I tried my best. I asked one of my friend who has fantastic muscular structure and career in weightlifting. It seems like he exhausted his whole blood, but screw and nut still work inefficiently. I have no idea what should I do. Every day, I am drifting on the sea and sitting on a shaking boat. My bottom is really careful to move and it is impossible for me to stretch my body lying on it. God bless me to arrive the bank before the boat sink!

Slipping on the sliding!
This chair was to replace my previous chair that kept self lowering after a few months. It is easy to assemble and is ergonomic; however, it propels me foward when I try to slide the chair foward. I have to hold on to the desk to scoot it closer or else I will tip over. After only a couple of weeks, it started to self lower as well. I have to constantly bring it back to height, and I am a normal weight Update: A lot of customers commented on the assembly. I always get to the end and find something wrong because I don't read the instructions. However, I took the time to read these and the chair came out perfectly...wheels, screws, and all! And I did it alone. My problem is still the the hydraulics! It's gotten worse. Within 30 minutes, I'm almost chest level with my sewing table. But it was an inexpensive chair and I guess you can say I got what I paid for, but even if it's inexpensive, a product should still be made well.

The outstanding level of customer support
Bought this chair as a replacement for an old computer desk chair. During the assembly, which was very easy, I noticed one of the recessed nuts in the seat was missing. I notified the company and their response was immediate. A few days later I received a replacement seat. Unfortunately it did not work because there was a difference in the mounting holes for the armrests. I notified the company and again I received a replacement seat in a few days. Unfortunately this seat had the same problem with the armrests. I sent the company a number of pictures showing the original mounting of the armrests on the old seat and how the armrests could not be mounted to the new seat. Again, a few days later I received a new seat with new armrests. This solved the problem. I can only surmise that the seat mfg updated the original chair. At any rate NEO was very responsive and intent in solving the problem to my satisfaction. In my estimation NEO should be the standard for others to follow for customer support. By the way, the chair is very comfortable and for the the price it is a bargain.

Less then an hour to assemble
I am using this chair for my office / computer chair. It seems like it will work out just fine. I like that it has adjustable height. As far as the tilt l think I am too light weight to have it do much even with it loosened as far as it will go. My desk has a drawer so the chair arms do not go under it but neither did my old chair. The back rest is nice I like the arm rests. Although the seat seems a bit too firm for me maybe it will soften up a bit. It took me less then an hour to unpack and assemble. Not to bad for an old lady.
