I searched for a very long time, many years infact- looking for a "stylish" backpack type bag, big enough & sturdy enough to contain my laptop, other valuable equipment, plus multiple drink bottles & notebooks, that would have lots of additional pockets and be able to stand up on its own too... Well, I need look no further- I finally found it... this one has all the above requirements and then some! The workmanship and creativity that went into the construction of this backpack is beyond awesome!!! I would never give a glowing review if I didn't feel they deserved it. The price and reviews were so favorable, that I felt I had to at least purchase the bag, to look at it in person and I am so glad that I did..... It fits everything that I need to put in it and I still have lots of room for "growth." PROS: adorable x 10, sturdy backpack with thick strap handles for carrying, roomy with cushioned dividers, it has lots of different sized pockets and compartments with & without zippers, large mesh side pockets to hold large water bottles &/or coffee thermos, you can prop it up on its own, the outer material is environmental worthy and you can spot clean it, it also has its own USB port to charge your phone with a solar charger (not included) that you can store within the bag for safe keeping ETC ETC ETC CONS: Personally, I would only ask for two upgrades 1) the bottom- halved zippered pocket, the oval-shaped zipper compartment on the front, is not secure enough if you're in a crowded place. You would not be able to keep anything valuable in this area because its just a zipper and too easy to open. Perhaps adding a small 3-digit combo lock, instead of just a zipper, would help prevent anyone from pickpocketing. Plus, you have to be extra careful not to spill out your contents, when you unzip it, by the way it opens forward. 2) the bag is so nice- that I hate the thought of ruining it, on its bottom half, by sitting it down on the ground, therefore getting it dirty and all scuffed up over time! Perhaps, putting luggage feet or 4 bumpers on the bottom of it, would help prevent any wear and tear when setting it on the ground.... and that'll also help it to stand up easier... Just my opinion anyway. If I find a decent solution, with my personal cons, I'll be sure to update my ideas with photos. This is an impressive bag. Feels really great to the touch, very sturdy. The top edge has a very strong wire to keep its shape. Not something you can just bend with your hand. So don't worry that nice tote shape is always there. Bottom has no wire so you don't have bulky bag when not full. All the pockets you could need in good spots that are actually useful. Definitely spacious. Hidden portable charger is just a great free item essentially.. price is great for the product but on sale its like the best ever. I would completely prefer to spend money on this bag over a regular expensive brand backpack. I got the 15.5 inch size and its just perfect where it doesn't look like giant bag but can totally fit laptop, documents, lunch, personal items and drinks no problem. I'm 5'2 110 lbs so big bags just swallow me up and make me look like a school kid lol.. Not this one. So many colors too. Very professional yet versatile. My daughter is literally waiting for her excuse to need it lol

I have been looking for a more stylish and functional “personal item” bag for traveling (primarily in cities) than the unstructured backpack I most often have been using for about 2 decades. This company has a bag that looks more geared for traveling as the main compartment splits in half like a traditional suitcase while still keeping the smaller backpack style, but it didn’t have the usb device charging port, which, as travelers often face while out and about, devices run out of battery from constant use. This feature was a big selling point for me as I’m usually carrying an external charger and cord in on of my jacket pockets and it’s a juggle! So unfortunately, the bag geared more for travel would have been great getting me to my destination, but it wouldn’t have been great as a day-backpack in that regard (plus the back splitting in half when you are adding things as you are out and about would have been awkward and inconvenient). Oh, and it didn’t have the tissue pocket, which was another brilliant feature I will DEFINITELY use. So even though most people are buying and reviewing the bags I purchased for work/school purposes, this review is for anyone looking for a great bag for travel. I ordered two styles as I really liked both and couldn’t decide. While I liked the look of the quilted bag more, I decided it wouldn’t serve my travel needs because all of those cute exterior pockets meant that the main compartment was a bit smaller. I believe the quilted is a 17 in and the other (the one I kept) is the 15.6. Neither is labeled in the tag or on my Amazon purchase list though, so I wish the company did a better job with that, but the difference isn’t enough to make a huge impact if you aren’t concerned about fitting a certain-sized laptop. Both bags have many similar features (like the USB port, lots of internal pockets, and the external tissue pocket), which was great. What I like about the bag I kept is that there is a frame of some sort around the opening compartment, so it locks open to a degree, making it much easier to pack as you don’t have to use one hand to always hold the bag open to pack and unpack. Because of that frame, when it is closed, it would be much more difficult to sneak open the main compartment by someone looking for an easy pickpocketing opportunity, and there is also enough room to attach a small lock to the main-compartment zippers for added security. The quilted bag had no possibility for this and could be unzipped and a hand quickly inserted if the wearer wasn’t paying attention. There isn’t a way to secure the three exterior zippered pockets on either bag. While the colors I chose will certainly get dirty quickly, it feels sturdy enough to spot clean. I may regret the color choice as the USB port makes it impossible to throw in the washing machine or fully soak, but I will have to cross that bridge when I get there. I really love the colors and that it will go with almost all outerwear I own. This bag (both bags) will fit easily under seat on a plane and still allow ample foot space. I used it for a 9 day visit to my sister, and am excited to use it on an upcoming international trip. There are lots of internal pockets, which is great for organizing your items (but also can make it difficult to remember where items were placed because there are SO MANY pockets. Overall though, it will be a great bag for me!

This backpack is one of the best items I've ever purchased on Amazon. I just returned from a cross-country trip, and it had everything I needed. It's lightweight, attractive (love the light-gray purple color!), and the perfect size for comfortably carrying a lot of stuff without being too big or too heavy. I especially like the zippered pocket under the straps, as I could easily throw my phone and watch in there when I went through security. The two side bottle holders are secure, and the inside zipper pocket is great for my wallet. Besides all of the other inside pockets, there's even a pen holder. I expect this to last for many years, as it's very durable. It also easily fits under a plane seat, and I love that it stands on it's own when I open it up. One tip I have is to use an extra travel anti-theft clip for extra security. This backpack is a great deal!

I use this backpack for travel - and I appreciate the large capacity. It can fit both my travel cpapp machine, my laptop, my ipad, and all the accessories/peripherals that you need to bring (e.g., mouse, battery, usb hub). With that said, it's hard to wear the backpack (once the bag is filled to capacity) for long periods of time because it's not well padded in the back. Given that it's not ergonomic, the luggage strap is key so you can strap the backpack on the carry on. The zipper quality is also only just okay - serviceable, but you will struggle to close it well (and the zipper can pop earlier in the seam) when you have a very full backpack. This doesn't happen w/ the more expensive brands where the quality of zipper is much better. With those limitations, this backpack still earns a 4 star rating because it can fit EVERYTHING and has survived many trips for me. If this company charged more to make it more ergonomic and to add a better zipper, I'd pay it happily. Solid bag.

I bought this backpack for my daughter along with the matching lunch bag, and she absolutely loves it! The design is beautiful and stylish, and the color looks even nicer in person. What really makes this bag great is how practical it is. It has so many pockets and compartments that it keeps everything organized perfectly. She finds it super easy to use for school and daily activities. I also got it while it was on sale, which made the purchase even better — amazing quality for the price! Wurde schnell geliefert. Verpackung fand ich jetzt nicht so toll da nur Folie drum war aber es war nichts kaputt. Ich nutze ihn erst ein paar Tage aber bin bisher sehr zufrieden. Es passt viel rein und trotzdem ist es noch übersichtlich.
