**Q: What happens when you get to the flower?**
A: Hi I just got to the end and the flower is scratchy it does fall apart but I did like it while it lasted

**Q: Is each flower color representative of a different shade of lip color?**
A: Their customer service rep said that the flowers do NOT indicate the shade of the lipstick- the shade depends on each woman’s ph levels. So the two women who both got pink flowers would get different colors based on their body chemistry, and regardless of the flower color. :)

**Q: Is there a peach colored**
A: Pink

**Q: Is this coloring changing balm formula moisturizing? Other brands I've tried have been drying to my lips.**
A: Actually is the only think that does because it doesn’t change to a color at all.
