Great for things like carrots and cucumbers

It's a crinkle cut knife that cuts veggies with a crinkle pattern. Surprisingly sharp. Cuts right through raw carrots very well (I was skeptical). Great for things like carrots and cucumbers, stay away from tomatoes and other very soft foods.

I am so disappointed - this knife doesn’t work. I tried all sorts of fruit and veggies and nothing has a crinkled texture to them.
