**Q: Bought this for grandchildren but it doesn’t change colour in the bath we tried cold water in the washbasin nothing happened any idea why anyone?  Tha**
A: The colour change is fairly subtle but it should change as you put it in the bath water and then again when you run it under the cold tap. The front of the tail is the most obvious place.

**Q: How tall is the doll?**
A: It's just normal Barbi size! Sorry bought for my granddaughter so unavailable to measure...I would think 12 or 13 inches?! Hope this helps?

**Q: Is the tail soft (silicone) or plastic?**
A: Hard plastic

**Q: Can u remove the tail?**
A: Hi the bottom fin can be removed but not the actual tail hope this helps.

Picture doesn’t do this justice. The barbie is a great idea and the colour change is noticeable and my niece loves it! Only thing wrong is the packaging was poor and when I unpacked it for her I noticed in the back of the barbies head there were many sticking out hard plastic spikes under the hair. It should be smooth and shouldn’t be like that. I would have complained but not able to on Amazon. They only offer a return and she’s fell in love with it so unable to do so. barbie 10/10 , packing 8/10 , hard plastic spikes on head 2/10.
