Should there be instructions with this pressure cooker? None in my package and I can’t find them online.

There was a small booklet (27 pages) included in ours, Has step by step guide and cooking times in it.

Where can I get a replacement sealing ring for this? Because if spares are not available, I won't buy one!

What pressure does it reach I’m looking for 15psi

I do not know a specific pressure as such..it has two setting high or low no value. Perhaps the manufacturer could provide this info.. however as the device utilises a mechanical over pressure valve. It could vary dependant on age or wear. .. high setting is good for chewy meats.. venison or tougher beef. Low setting good for veggies etc.. suck it and see best option
