    Don't waste your money.

This was a total waste of money. I thought it would be full of helpful information. Most pages had a few written words, a couple of sentences and the rest of the page was totally blank. I've never seen such a worthless book. The entire written words could have been contained in 3 pages instead of 100. It should have been promoted as a 2 or 3 page brochure, as it surely is not a book!

Poorly written and formatted. Contradictory information presented on using apple cider vinegar on skin.  On page 32 under Skin Whitening, the author states, "Do not use cider vinegar directly on your skin. Always dilute with water first." Then on page 41 under Perfect Toner, the author states, "Although you can directly apply it to the face as a toner, you can also make it more exotic by using the following recipe......."In addition, check with your dentist before you take the author's advice in applying ACV directly on your teeth as a teeth cleaner. The acid in ACV breaks down the enamel on teeth!
