After opening the bottle, how long of a shelf life in the refrigerator does it have?

I mixed the aloe with juice nd it lasted a month in the frig without issues. It worked well for me. Good luck.

First of all I would like to say that, the picture of the product IS not the same as mine, maybe Its amazon's system mistake. It's USDA CERTIFIED ORGANIC. Aloe vera juice is naturally 4.5- 5.5. This product is recommended by my integrative physician, and states that it will help balance ph in the digestive tract.

Is it suppose to taste sour?

It does naturally have an astringent taste. If it's fizzy, don't drink it..
