I’ve always dealt with constipation since I could remember. I prolly have a bowel movement every 2 or 3 days & it would only be a little & I’d be struggling. One time I even bled. I’ve bought this a few times & was never consistent with it but I knew it was a good product. But now I take it daily or at least 4 days out the week if I’m lazy. I usually take 2 shots from a shot glass in the morning. Sometimes morning & night just to be extra in case I feel off a few days. I notice if I go more than 4 days without taking it my stools are harder to pass. The taste is sour like sour green apple juice without the apple but u can wash it down with you favorite juice & you no longer taste. No after taste Now I’m having a bowel movement 20 mins after every meal. & healthy nothing like watery or upset stomach. I’m going 2 3 times a day even. & it’s nothing that is going to ruin your day needa be by a toilet. I can def hold it for a few hours. Excuse me but soft long healthy stools. I’m no longer straining I’m on the toilet for less than 3 mins. Plus this makes your skin so glowy. I look forward to healthy stools it’s like damn all those toxins were never coming out before this product. I was prescribed miralax but I hate the taste is so thick. I also don’t consume a lot of veggies or fibers. so I like aloe Vera juice instead.

Got this to help with my daughter’s constipation (refuse to do miralax). She takes it every morning and has kept her regular!

Drinking this really does help keep you regular. My only complaint is that sometimes it arrives in a plastic (ugh!) bottle--not glass as advertised.

I like this juice a lot. I’ve bought it twice before & I’ve noticed a great change in my stomach (not so bloated anymore) & in my skin!! I am bummed out that they sent me a much smaller bottle the 3rd time I purchased

I don't use this unless I have acid reflux, which I haven't had much of lately. Once you open the bottle, you need to use this quickly, because it will get moldy or slimmy after a couple months. so, my last bottle I ended up throwing out 3/4 of a bottle, because of the slime.

I did a lot of research before purchasing. As someone who suffers with constant heartburn and acid reflux, I purchased the Aloe Vera as a way to help with the symptoms and pain I was experiencing on a daily basis. I take about a shot of the juice every morning and night. Just know it’s not going to taste good, but it’s not as horrible as people make it out to be, the aftertaste is something to get used too, but nothing a piece of gum or a quick teeth brushing won’t fix. After literally only four days, my heartburn subsided and I didn’t have crippling pain from reflux anymore. I even had Shrimp Mozambique for the first time in years. If you’re looking for an alternative to medications, Aloe Vera juice is the way to go to manage your pain from Acid Reflux. Keep refrigerated, I found that it helped with the aftertaste. DONT let the taste turn you off to it, this is like a miracle drink for me, hopefully it will help y’all too.
