Is this product good for dry hair and hair loss

It is great for dry hair but don't know about hair loss.

I purchased the Lanza Healing Oil conditioner. I just started using the bottle and the pump isn't working. Can I get a replacement pump?

Linda, I have also recently purchased this same product and had the same problem.... fortunately, I purchased two bottles and the other pump works. I have no idea if you get a replacement pump for the bottle. I have been using Lanza products for several years and have only had a bad bottle pump one other time; with the silk serum, which i also use alot of and buy more than one bottle at a time. May I suggest contacting the email of the person/company from which your product was shipped. Sorry I couldn't be of more help to you.
